Praxis Program
’Praxis – With the aid of the innovative Financial Board Game, it will provide a simulation of adulthood where our students will need to make financial decisions and manage their money during economic upturns and downturns. They will learn the importance of financial planning, including insurance plan, savings plan and retirement plan even at a young age. They will learn that it is never too early to plan for retirement and never too safe not to need insurance protection.  The program will also cover the importance of prudence in inflationary times and the importance of good credit management. Learning through fun and simulation with the Praxis Board game, we hope our students will learn to be prudent and manage their finances wisely when they start working. With the knowledge acquired, we hope our future working adults will be better at saving then spending. They should also be prepared for possible financial crisis by subscribing for various insurance plans and savings plan. They will unlikely be a burden to the nation in time of financial crisis.  The program has a strong emphasis on being active and responsible citizens and the students will know the relevance of the various financial products in the development of the Singapore financial sector.
